Management Portal Feature Overview
The SafeScript Management Portal enables Department of Health users to view, manage, and report on the data in SafeScript. Your user role determines the functionality you have access to.
SafeScript functions by user role
Super-Regulators, Regulators, and Admin Officer
- Super-Regulators have the ability to manage high-profile patients, delete other user's notes, and configure regulatory drugs.
- Regulators are the primary users of the Management Portal.
- Admin Officers - access the same functionality as regulators, but don't have access to HPCM notifications or compliance activities.
Relevant help sections
Support Users
This user role is assigned to Department of Health staff or contractors who may provide administrative and product support to either Department of Health users or practitioners.

System Administrators
This user role is responsible for managing drugs and drug groups, and administering the access of other users.

Business Intelligence Analysts
This user role is assigned to Department of Health staff or contractors who only require access to the reporting functionality in SafeScript.
